Pricing

We're an artist-first agency — that's why the quote takes a human touch, not just an algorithm.

Every event is different, so every quote is built for it specifically. Here's exactly what goes into that number, and how you'll get one.

What shapes your quote

Four things, every time

No hidden line items — this is the whole list. We'll walk through each one with you before you ever see a number.

01

The act itself

A solo acoustic set, a duo, or a full band with production — the format you book is the single biggest factor.

02

Date & timing

Weekday vs. weekend, holiday season, and how much lead time we have all move the number.

03

Location

Local acts keep travel simple; out-of-market bookings factor in travel and, occasionally, lodging.

04

What's provided on-site

Sound, staging, and production — whether your venue already has it, or we're bringing it.

How it works

From "tell us about it" to show day

1

Tell us about your event

Date, city, vibe, rough guest count, and a budget ballpark (even "not sure yet" works) — the same handful of questions whether you use the site's Get Started or reach out directly.

2

We hand-pick a shortlist

Not an open board where anyone can pitch you — we personally know every artist on our roster, and send you 4–5 real fits with pricing attached, not the whole catalog.

3

You choose, we handle the rest

Contract, confirmation, logistics — once you've picked, it's off your plate.

4

Show day

Your artist arrives prepared, on time, and ready — because we picked them, and we picked them carefully.

Why "artist-first"

It's not a slogan — it's how we pick who's on the roster

A stronger roster

We treat every artist as a long-term partner, not a gig-by-gig vendor — which is exactly why the ones who choose to work with us are some of the best in the market. You're not choosing from whoever signed up; you're choosing from who we'd actually recommend.

🛡️

Dependable on the day

Real relationships mean real accountability. Our artists show up prepared and professional because Bookable's reputation — and theirs — is on the line every time, not just this once.

Questions

A few things people ask

When do I actually see a price?
Once we know your date, location, and which artist(s) you're considering — usually within one business day of your inquiry.
Is there a fee to just get a quote?
No — quotes and the shortlist of artists are free, with no obligation to book.
Can I ask for a specific artist by name?
Absolutely — mention them when you reach out and we'll check their availability first.

Tell us what you're planning.

Takes about two minutes — we'll take it from there.
